Synopsis :
Las Vegas showroom magician Cris Johnson has a secret which torments him: he can see a few minutes into the future. Sick of the examinations he underwent as a child and the interest of the government and medical establishment in his power, he lies low under an assumed name in Vegas, performing cheap tricks and living off small-time gambling "winnings." But when a terrorist group threatens to detonate a nuclear device in Los Angeles, government agent Callie Ferris must use all her wiles to capture Cris and convince him to help her stop the cataclysm.

Personal Comment :
"One thing about the future is that if you can see it, you will invariably change it. It keeps changing just because you can see it." This is the lament of Cris Johnson (Nicolas Cage), a Las Vegas showroom magician who has the ability to see a few minutes into the future.

If you have the power of knowing your future, what u want to see?
If u able to see ur future, will u do something to change it to follow your way?

Like normal sci-fiction movie, talking about the leading role who has the power of knowing the future. But this power is like a curse for him as when he was a child, he has been examined by the government regarding his abilities. He can't tolerate so that he escape and hide from the authorities. Story carry on when the FBI need his help...

When a people have this kind of power, does his/her life will become meaningless...Hmm... I also dono...

Generally, this movie not bad. Worth for watch, if you like science-fiction movie.

Nicolas Cage look older since the last time I saw him in "Ghost Rider"...
